The best free birthday meal deals still active this month are sit-down breakfasts at Denny's and IHOP plus treats from Starbucks, Krispy Kreme and Baskin-Robbins. Dunkin' is the outlier with bonus points instead of a free item. A birthday meal deal here means a free food or drink tied to a free loyalty account with your birthday on file. You must join in advance and show the app reward or email coupon to redeem it.
